Where Femtus Solutions Limited contacts a business contact in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area by email to introduce our services, we rely on the legitimate interests lawful basis under the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, on the basis that the communication is business-to-business in nature, relevant to the recipient's professional role, and identifies us clearly as the sender.

We retain business contact data used for direct marketing for 24 months from the last meaningful contact, after which records are deleted unless a business relationship is active.

You may object to receiving direct marketing from us at any time, without charge, by using the unsubscribe link included in the communication or by emailing info@femtus.com. An objection to direct marketing is actioned promptly and does not affect any other lawful basis on which we may hold your data. You may also request erasure of your data at any time, subject to the retention obligations described in Section 5.
