A London-registered consultancy, senior-led, built on independence
Femtus® Solutions Limited is a London-registered consultancy that builds the data and reporting foundation organisations use to decide, serving clients across the United Kingdom, the United States, and Europe. Engagements are senior-led, and after more than six years of engagements, most relationships continue well beyond the first project.
Why Femtus exists
Most organisations do not have a reporting problem so much as a data problem underneath it, one that a new dashboard does not fix. Femtus Solutions Limited was built to work on that layer directly: getting data out of source systems, agreeing what it means, and building the reporting leadership can act on.
Engagements are senior-led and delivered by people who have worked this problem for more than six years, most of that time on relationships that continued well beyond a single project. Femtus holds no software partnerships and takes no licence commissions, so the recommendation is never shaped by what the firm sells.
“The recommendation is the product. We have nothing else to sell.”
What does Femtus actually value?
Vendor Independence
We hold no software partnerships and take no licence commissions. The tool we recommend is whichever fits the problem, and sometimes that tool is a spreadsheet you already own.
Definitions First
We agree what a metric means, and who owns it, before any reporting is built on top of it. Most reporting problems are definition problems wearing a dashboard.
Senior-Led Delivery
Engagements are led by senior people who scope the problem and stay accountable for the outcome, not handed to a team assembled after the contract is signed.
Built to Be Handed Over
We document what we build and train the people who will run it, because an engagement that only works while we are in the room has not actually solved anything.
What does Femtus focus on?
Femtus Solutions Limited works across data acquisition and preparation, analysis, management reporting, reporting automation, and project controls, because reporting failures usually trace back to one of these five stages, not to a missing platform.
Femtus is not the right fit for organisations that want a dashboard built to an existing specification, a one-off report produced and forgotten, or a software vendor selling a platform. Those are different jobs, done well by other firms.
